MATAN: Journal of Islam and Muslim Society is an academic journal that studies Islam. This journal is published by the Institute of Research and Public Service  Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in collaboration with the Indonesian Islamic Education Lecturers Association (ADPISI). This journal is a forum for publication and knowledge exchange for scholars in Tafsir and Hadith, Sharia, Islamic education, Islamic thought, halal, and Muslim life (Sinta 5).

Animal Production : Indonesian Journal of Animal Production is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Soedirman University in association with the Animal Scientist Society of Indonesia. The journal was established in 1999 and gained its first accreditation No. 52/Dikti/Kep/2002 by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI), Department of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia subsequently followed by accreditation No 81/DIKTI/Kep/2011 (Sinta 2). 

The Jurnal Sosial Soedirman (JuSS) is the official journal of the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Published biannually in April and November, JuSS is nationally accredited as a Sinta 4 journal by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The journal aims to cover scholarly works in contemporary social science issues within the broad range of the dialectic between state, market, and civil society. To uphold high academic standards, we employ a double-blind review process to ensure the quality and integrity of every article (Sinta 4). 

Jurnal READ (Research of Empowerment and Development) dikelola secara profesional dan diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dalam membantu para akademisi, peneliti dan praktisi untuk menyebarkan hasil penelitiannya. Manajemen jurnal berkomitmen untuk memberikan ruang yang luas untuk berdiskusi tentang hasil penelitian terkait pemberdayaan dan pembangunan. Jurnal tidak membatasi artikel pada disiplin tertentu. Lebih baik memiliki manuskrip dari berbagai disiplin ilmu mulai dari ilmu politik, sosiologi, pertanian, biologi, kesehatan masyarakat, hingga produksi hewan. 

Journal of Applied Science for Pharmaceuticals and Health is a multidisciplinary platform that promotes original, excellent, and scientifically sound research. Original research manuscripts as well as mini-reviews are accepted for submission. The Journal of Applied Science for Pharmaceuticals and Health will be released in June and December of each year. Publication in Journal of Applied Science for Pharmaceuticals and Health is without charge, and open access is available online for all published articles. 

JOURNAL OF SUSTAINABLE RURAL AND TROPICAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high-quality, theoretically and empirically rigorous articles, that advance knowledge about diverse theoretical perspectives and methodological approaches, that engage with and contribute to the rural development literature, as broadly defined by the disciplines of agriculture, rural sociology, rural economics, rural culture, rural law and policy, rural technology, rural health, and cognate subjects. 

Hakikat: Journal of Halal Studies (Hakikat) mendorong peneliti di berbagai bidang terkait halal untuk memajukan pengetahuan di bidang halal. Hakikat memiliki cakupan penelitian dari berbagai disiplin ilmu termasuk di dalamnya: manajemen, teknologi pangan, teknik kimia, kimia, peternakan, ekonomi, kewirausahaan, hukum, keuangan, perhotelan, pariwisata dan lainnya.

Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika (JMP) with p-ISSN 2085-1456 & e-ISSN 2550-0422 is an open access journal semiannualy published by Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University on June and December. The journal is currently accredited by The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of Republic of Indonesia with rank 3 (Sinta 3).

Jurnal Ilmiah Dinamika Rekayasa abbreviated with Dinarek (p-ISSN: 1858-3075, e-ISSN: 2527-6131) is open-access journal published by the Faculty of Engineering Unsoed. All published article URLs will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).  Jurnal Ilmiah Dinamika Rekayasa is a journal, publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of engineering (Sinta 3). 

Insights in Public Health Journal (IPHJ) is published by the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Health Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto-Indonesia. This journal is published twice a year ( April and October).The Journal publishes research papers, original articles, and reviews on public health and health sciences issues. The Journal is aimed at academics, researchers, policymakers, academic institutions, health professionals and others interested in public health and health sciences.

J-Litera: Jurnal Kajian Bahasa, Sastra dan Budaya Jepang is an open access peer-reviewed journal (p-ISSN: 2684-771X; e-ISSN: 2721-348x), which is published twice a year every May and November. Provides a forum for publishing the original research articles, paper-based articles and review articles from contributors, related to Japanese applied linguistics, Japanese culture, Japanese literature, Japanese studies field, which have never been published before.

Journal of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Research dikelola oleh Program Studi Teknik Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang bekerjasama dengan Perteta Cabang Purwokerto, Indonesia. JABER memiliki nomor p-ISSN: 2722-3620 dan e-ISSN: 2776-821X. Artikel dalam JABER bersifat Open Access, yangmana dapat diakses secara penuh (full text) dan dapat didownload dan dibaca oleh semua pembaca sehingga akan meningkatkan sitasi dari artikel yang dipublikasikan di JABER. JABER akan terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun (Mei dan November) dan pada setiap penerbitan berisi 8 artikel

MOLEKUL is published by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Indonesia. Previously, the Molekul published 2 issues per year, on May and November. Since 2020, Molekul publishes 3 issues per year, on March, July, and November (Sinta 1).
